The HBC Recirculating Paint Booth is a fully enclosed, plug-and-play spray booth. Its closed-loop filtration system captures and recycles air continuously, eliminating VOCs without a single duct run to the outside world.
Designed for full-size SUVs, mid-size trucks and passenger cars, the HBC Recirculating Paint Booth Large creates a dedicated area forpreparation, spot repair and finishing work. Two integrated SmartWall units continuously process and recirculate the air through a four-stage filtration sequence.
A 4 × 6 m internal area provides working space around the vehicle.

Each booth uses two SmartWall units. Air is drawn through the filter sequence and returned to the booth interior, creating a self-contained recirculating process.

Captures paint and overspray particles at the point of entry, protecting the filter stages downstream.

Captures finer particles and dust that pass through the first filtration stage.

Provides a further particle filtration stage ahead of the activated carbon filters.
Natural charcoal
Targets VOC vapours and odours before the filtered air is recirculated within the booth.
The front opening is closed by an electrically operated roller curtain with a transparent center section, giving operators a clear sightline into the booth without breaking containment – and opening or closing at the push of a button for fast vehicle entry and exit. Each side of the booth is sealed by a combination of two curtains and a PVC strip curtain, providing both a clean seal and visibility along the sides during operation.
The compact configuration handles full-size SUVs, mid-size trucks, and passenger cars with ample room to move around the vehicle. Ideal as a dedicated prep and spot-repair cell, or a fast-turnaround finishing bay that runs parallel to your main line without interfering with it.
